Organic Degradation
- In the reaction equipment, various types of filter media are used to adsorb organic and inorganic pollutants that cannot be degraded by biological treatment, and at the same time, the filter material is recycled and recycled. Suitable for regulated substances that are difficult to re-degrade in traditional biological treatment processes, such as antibiotics, artificial hormones, colors, hydrocarbons, phosphates, fluorine salts, borates, nitrates, salt nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, heavy metals, COD, etc. The reaction equipment is equipped with graphite, anode, cathode filter media, film and so on.
- Installation for tertiary water treatment or recycled water treatment
- No harmful or toxic by-products are produced during the reaction process, and no sludge is produced.
- Power consumption is proportional to COD removal (kg).
- Modular design, easy to expand.
- Safe operation and low maintenance costs.
- Power consumption is about 10~20kw/kg COD removal.
- The graphite filter material will be lost, and about 2-4% of the filter material needs to be added every year.
- The higher the conductivity of the wastewater, the more energy and operating costs are saved.
- Insecticides and harmful chemicals such as COD can be degraded from 500mg/L to 30mg/L.
- Removes dyes, colors from tea/coffee, natural organic matter (NOM/CDOM) from water.
- The higher the demand for COD degradation, the higher the required electricity; the most efficient for wastewater treatment with medium and low COD concentrations.
- It is suitable for treating wastewater containing medium and low concentration organic pollutants which are not easily degraded by biological treatment.
