Equipment introduction
MBR mainly uses membrane pressure as the driving force to pass the activated sludge mixture through the pressure filtration mechanism to allow water molecules to filter through the membrane to obtain outflow water. It has the characteristics of a small footprint, high pollution load, low sludge waste, and the ability to replace the secondary sedimentation tank. It not only retains the advantages of traditional biological treatment procedures in the removal of organic matter in water but also combines the solid-liquid separation characteristics of membrane separation units to improve the treatment efficiency of traditional biological treatment procedures. Product features
1. It allows high activated sludge operation, so its floor space only requires about 1/2 volume.
2. The treatment capacity can be increased by 1 to 2 times without changing the tank body, the water quality is stable, and suspended solids can be completely removed.
3. It can withstand high sludge concentration, has high operating load tolerance, and is not afraid of sludge flowing out.
4. The longer the sludge digestion time is, the less sludge output will be.
5. It can prevent the discharge water quality from not meeting the standard caused by sludge expansion.
6. The materials are TPFE, Teflon, and PVDF, and acid and alkali infiltration can be used for regeneration to restore flux.
7. Teflon material can withstand high membrane pressure and regular chemical backwashing, so the frequency of membrane plugging can be extended.
