MBC Microbial Carrier
The MBC microbial carrier produced by the German company is the highest microbial carrier with an effective surface area (>5,500 m2/m3) on the market, and has ultra-high pollution value degradation efficiency.
  • Large effective surface area
    Each cubic meter of MBC microbial carrier has an effective surface area of >5,500 m2/m3 (area of fine pores on the surface, habitat of the microbial membrane), and the total number of sheets is about 1,000,000 pieces and weighs about 170 kg.

  • High microbial treatment efficiency
    It has the highest degradation efficiency of wastewater base value, large COD volumetric load (COD removal degradation efficiency), up to 20 - 200kg/m3 per day; ammonia nitrogen (NH4-N) volumetric load (ammonia nitrogen removal degradation efficiency), up to 4 – 5 kg/ M3 per day, which is five to ten times larger than any other carrier, is the biggest feature of this MBC microbial carrier.

  • Small volume demand
    Compared with traditional microbial carriers, the same processing capacity can be achieved by using the MBC microbial carrier in an amount of only 1/5 - 1/10 of the conventional microbial carrier.

  • Save on civil construction costs
    The minimum demand for tank volume is saved, land and construction costs are saved, or the activated sludge aeration tank only needs to be added to the carrier, and no additional expansion is required to immediately increase the throughput and efficiency of the existing tank.
