Anaerobic Biological System
The anaerobic reactor has been modified to use a lightweight, porous anaerobic biofilter column carrier. As the biofilm on the filler increases, the amount of treated water and COD load increase. After two months of cultivation and acclimation, the load of the filler reached 4.2~6.3m3·water/(m3 filler·d), the COD load was about 0.6~0.8kgCOD/(m3 filler·d), and the COD removal rate reached 70%~ 80%, the removal rate of oil and volatile phenol is above 80%. And the system is resistant to impact load, stable in operation, anaerobic effluent is clear and transparent, colorless and odorless, biodegradable, and after aerobic biological treatment, it can meet the requirements of water reuse.
